Quality Innovation Performance

Guthrie House is externally recognised for quality services and standards through membership with Quality Innovation Performance (QIP) and is accredited under the Australian Service Excellence Standards (ASES) (Certificate) standards.

Guthrie House is a not-for-profit community based organisation funded by Corrective Services NSW, NSW Health, Family and Community Services (FACS) and the Department of Health

We aim to strengthen its capacity to provide support to our clients by working in partnership and collaboration with other community based organisations. Guthrie House considers partnerships to be vital in providing holistic support and better outcomes for our clients.

Through strong collaborative relationships with key Community Housing providers, we are able assist homeless women transitioning into the community with stable housing and a foundation to rebuild their lives.

Our Business

Strategic Plan

Guthrie House’s success is built on developing three-year strategic plans and executing them through the implementation of annual Business Plans. These plans provide the framework through which we set objectives for and guide the operations of the business and measure our performance in achieving those objectives. We report on our performance against these objectives in our Annual Report (see below).
